Why does my account continue to get suspended?

    Good evening. This is the second time in about a week that my account has been suspended due to suspicious phishing activity. This is very frustrating and embarrassing as my customers are not able to book events on my account. The website that I'm waiting for clients to register services on is www.pampermeperfectmobilekidsspa.com. Can we please fix this issue and flag my account so that it is know that I am not phising.

    Additionally, I have noticed that whenever I do tests on new forms I create, this shut down happens to this particular form. This may or may not have an affect on things but I want to mention it.

    Upon checking, your account is now active and your forms are already whitelisted to prevent it from being suspended again.

    Please report back if your forms are still getting suspended despite it being whitelisted.
