One of my forms has been disabled

    Good evening I have noticed that yet another one of my forms has been disabled. This one appears on Please fix this so that this client can continue to use the service.

    Just to give you aheads up, I'm working with a client who is testing out 2 newly built forms before putting them on her website. She has PayPal Invoice as the payment gateway attached. She's and her assistant are testing the forms. This is not phising, just testing. I want to let you know so that I will not have to continuously have forms shut down where there is no suspicious activity. Thank you kindly.
