    Upload Multiple Button Displays Incorrectly in IE8 and Earlier

    Asked by austinbaker on May 26, 2011 at 12:59 PM

    I'm using the Pastel theme for my form and embedding it into my site as an iFrame. Most browsers, this looks great. However, in IE8 and below, the Upload Multiple buttons aren't displaying the button image and show up as orange blocks.

    Is there anything I can change to the form or any code I can add to the site I'm embedding it to in order to fix how it displays in Internet Explorer? If I can't show the button image, is it possible to change the orange box to a more neutral grey color?

    Hello,

    Try injecting this custom css code to your form:

    .qq-upload-button {
        backgroundnone repeat scroll 0 0 #D6D6D6;
    }

    To inject custom css:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Preferences Form button
    3.  Choose Form Styles tab
    4.  Copy and paste the css code I provided above to the Inject Custom CSS textarea

    Let me know how this works for you.
