send email reminder to customers

    Hello,

    I have set up a form which I have embedded on to our website which we are currently developing.

    It is a 2 part form where customer submits their details then, books a date and time to speak to us. Is it possible to send customer email and text reminders of the call. Or can that be integrated somehow with other apps?

    You may setup an autoresponder email reminder .

    You may also add an autoresponder email in your form so that your form respondents may receive an email after submitting the form.

    You can edit the autoresponder email to send on a later date.
