Hi all -
I have a question - the form we are using gathers information and we want to place a field from the form into a PHP page on the website that is updated each time a form is completed.
The form is for schools to register for basketball games, I want to show on the website all schools that have registered as they are regesitering, I do not want to have to manually update the page.
I know I can create a thank you page with form data, I have been playing with that, and can get information to show to the thank you page.
I read about creating a database in MySQL and that seems easy enough, but question is how can contunue to show the school data on a page?

If you managed to get the form submissions data to a MYSQL database, you can code a php script which will make a query from the mysql database and then show the retrieved data between HTML tags. I'm not a PHP coder, but I think this is the way to achieve what you are looking for.
I recommend you also by trying our built in JotForm HTML reports, once you created an HTML report, you can get the iframe code and embed it inside your own page, you can control also which fields to show.
