confirm Downgrade

    Hi Guys

    I have tried to downgrade our plan to the free option but I am not sure if it has worked.

    Can someone please confirm that this has been done and I will no longer be charged?

    Hello Jacinta,

    Yes, the downgrade was successful. Your account will stay in the Bronze plan until your next scheduled billing date (2021-01-08) and revert to the Free plan on that date.

    Your submission count at the moment states 500 - those you will keep, but the oldest submissions will be overwritten with new ones coming in after Jan 8.

    You could go ahead and download all submission mow under the data section of your account
