form is not working correctly in China

Hi there, I have used your platform to create my survey page, but there is a issue that users can not jump to next page to complete the survey when they open the link within China.

Could you help me to solve this problem of my survey cause it is important to me.

I have submit my survey link and the issue screen cut as attachment.

Hi, the issue might be with China's firewall that might be blocking some of the scripts or functions of the form.

I would suggest embedding the form into your web page using the form source code or let your your user use VPN in opening the form.
