    Trying to log in and seems my password is not recognised.

    I have tried to reset my password and it seems my email address is also not recognised for password reset.

    Please confirm how I can reset my password?

    I've checked the email logs of your z*******ed@hotmail.co.uk address, and saw a successful password change on the records.

    Did you perhaps made a typo on the password input?

    Try resetting your password again. You may refer to our "How to reset Jotform account password" guide for more related information.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
