How to improve the quality of resolution on uploaded files

Could you please let us know how you have downloaded the attachment?

I can see it fine if I download the file (like you did) but I want to be able to view it in the PDF file (not have to download it). If I zoom in on the PDF it is very poor resolution.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

This is not possible at the moment as this feature has not been implemented yet.

I can submit a feature request to our developer's team.

Should you want me to do so, what you would like to see is that when you click on the attachment on a PDF you would have some kind of popup that would allow the attachment to be seen at full resolution without having to download it or to exit the PDF like in the example screenshot below.

Is that correct?

Thanks for your response. I would like the resolution in the PDF to be much better so that when you zoom in on the picture in the PDF you can see the detail. The resolution of the picture in the PDF is very poor. Having to download a file to see the detail is not good.

If you want to upload high-quality images, you may increase your Limit File Size.

Please give it a try and let us know if this fits your requirements.

But the file being uploaded is large. It just doesn’t appear in the PDF as a quality image. For some reason when it appears in the PDF report the quality is reduced. How can I increase the quality in the PDF report?

I have sent the request to our developers so they can implement that feature.

Please note that we do not have an ETA on this and that currently, the images on the PDF are put as thumbnails before it redirects you to the download.

We will update you as soon as we hear from our developers.

Yes, that is the issue. The thumbnails have very low resolution. I look forward to hearing back about an ETA for this feature. Thanks.
