I can't view the PDF on my website

    I created my website through Go Daddy. I uploaded my PDF to JotForm and added a signature and name box at the end. When you go to my website to sign the form, only the signature box and name box pop-up-- you can't actually view the PDF you're agreeing to.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Could you please try to embed the PDF directly in the form itself?

    Here's a guide on how to do so: How to Display a PDF Document on Your Form

    Hopefully, this will help solve the matter at hand.

    Should you have any further inquiries, please don't hesitate to reply to this thread.

    Hi Gaeta,

    Thank you for the quick response, but the PDF will still now show. It will show if I just copy and paste the link into the browser window, but will not show on the website. There is a large blank spot where the PDF should be.

    Hi, thank you for getting back to us.

    Could you please try embedding the form using the iFrame embed method and see if that can help?

    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-getting-the-form-iframe-code

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi,

    Please try adding this iframe code:

    <iframe
       id="JotFormIFrame-203422593399058"
       title="HIPPA DISCLOSURE"
       onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)"
       allowtransparency="true"
       allowfullscreen="true"
       allow="geolocation; microphone; camera"
          src="https://form.jotform.com/203422593399058"
       frameborder="0"
       style="
       min-width: 100%;
       height:1200px;
       border:none;"

       scrolling="yes"
      >

    I just tested it with the offline version of your page and it seems that the PDF is showing.

    Hello,

    After further checks, I can see that the error is "Failed to load because the frame into which the plugin is loading is sandboxed." in the Chrome Developer's tools.

    This error message happens when there's a misconfiguration on the website itself.

    I can see that you're using the GoDaddy website builder.

    Could you please reach out to them and ask them if there are any limitations on their end?
