My account was suspended

    Hi, I can't log in to my Joyform account and it's suddenly suspended. Is there a way to retrieve my account.

    Your account is suspended since the form in your account is collecting credit applications.

    A form offering loan/credit must be done from authorized banks or credit unions only with a company email address on their registered JotForm account. Free accounts with a free domain that offer this are suspended immediately.

    In order to reactivate the account, you will need to delete and purge the offending form from your account.
