Ziggeo Extension

Hello,

We paid for the Ziggeo upgraded extension, but when we received a submission the links to the ziddeo videos are not working. We can directly log in to Ziggeo to see the videos, but would much rather review them through Jotform.

Please advise. We have an API in each section and below are the embedding paramaters.

Thank you for reaching out.

I am afraid this is not possible at the current moment.

The widget allows the user to record a video and upload it directly to your Ziggeo Dashboard without any manual work.

then provided in the email, or on the submissions dashboard in Jotform?

Unfortunately, we cannot view the ziggeo video using the links in the submission view.

The only way to view them would be in your Ziggeo dashboard.
