To Whom It May Concern:
Is someone able to help us/advise us on the formatting of the invoice and the receipt generated on or forms? We have reviewed the form thoroughly but are unable to see where we can make changes for these forms.
For the receipt: It shows every item for one of our products, regardless of what you order.
For the Invoice: The product is not showing on the invoice:

For the receipt: It shows every item for one of our products, regardless of what you order.
It looks like the following product has deleted quantity.
- 3 Pack Combo
- 5 Pack Combo
- 10 Pack Combo
Please kindly add them, otherwise they will be considered selected.
For the Invoice: The product is not showing on the invoice
