How can I get a refund?

    Hello @aziz - If you're referring to this account: businessgcc, I can see that it was on a Silver Yearly subscription, but you have switched to a Silver Monthly plan. This leaves your account a remaining credit of $194.97 based on your latest invoice.

    To clarify, would you like us to refund the remaining credits? or you would like to cancel the existing subscription and refund all remaining credits?

    Please confirm the request.

    Also, we suggest it best to log in to the account before you reply here as we can only process requests from the registered owner.

    It seems you have emailed us regarding the account cancellation in which my colleague has processed the refund and subscription cancellation.

    Please give us 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect your account.

    Your account is now back to the free plan and the refund has also been processed.

    You can upgrade your subscription to your preferred plan.

    You can always re-upgrade your account to Silver Plan if you wish to. To upgrade, go to our pricing or upgrade page at https://www.jotform.com/pricing/.

    You are downgraded to the free plan already, so you have to initiate a new payment.

    I see your refund request seems to be pending. I've asked my colleague about this matter. I'll keep you posted. Note that if the payment is still there, our system will prorate everything when you re-upgrade to Silver.
