Can I import PDF form, add signature and collect data with Original PDF?

I like to be able to upload a PDF and send it for signature. I understand I can use PDF converter. I'm not interested in that because it changes the document formatting and structure. I just want to upload, add a signature area, and send out as is.

I'm also not interested in creating a template in Jotforms. This is a contract that gets heavily negotiated with lawyers so it will be different every time.

I'd like to consider purchasing jotform and using it long-term for my growing buisness. I need to know if it will work for all my needs.

    Thank you

If I understood correctly, you want to import your PDF Form to JotForm add a signature field to the imported PDF Form, and use your original PDF form with the signature, instead of the online version of the imported form. Unfortunately, that is not possible. If you import your PDF Form to Jotform with the Smart PDF Forms feature, you can add a signature to the online version of the imported form, link the signature field with your Original PDF and use the online form.

Before you users start to fill your online form, you can show a preview of your Original PDF. The users can also preview the Original PDF with entered data and download it.
