Hello!
I never received any notification that it was time for my account to renew, and it did automatically on 11/25. Unfortunately, I did not need/want it to renew, as I have no need for it for now. (I use the forms for my fundraiser events, none of which can happen right now.)
How do I cancel and receive a refund for the pre-paid year of Bronze level?

As per your request, I have cancelled your subscription and refunded it.
Please allow 2 - 7 days for the amount to be refunded.
