I think that this is related to the form height in Firefox. In order to fix this, please try to not include the script part that is following your iFrame code.

In other words, re-embed the form using iFrame, but without the script part.

Note, in this case you might also need to adjust the form height value on the iFrame.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most add-ons.

(If you're not using it, switch to the Default theme.)

You can open Firefox Safe Mode by holding the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut. Or open the Help menu and click on the Restart with Add-ons Disabled... menu item while Firefox is running.

To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.

I tired just using the iframe and adjusting the height but nothing changed. I tried it in safe mode and it still didn't work.

    Thanks for contacting us.

I checked your form using FireFox and I had no issues viewing it:

I would recommend you to clear your browser's caches and cookies, that should solve the issue.

Let us know if the issues still persists.

    Thanks

I have cleared my caches and cookies as has the viewer who called in who was trying to fill out the form. Still not working. I also did an update of Firefox to make sure and nothing.

It is only the check method that isn't working, in your screenshot it says "Paypal Method" below. I am not having any issues with the Paypal option, just the check payment.

    Hi,

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Upon checking your website using Firefox browser where your form is embedded, I was able to replicate the issue on my end. Can you please try to re-embed your form code that you have embedded into your website using iFrame method if that fixed the issue?

    Thank you!

I am wondering if it has something to do with that payment form is embedded as an iFrame in order to make the two forms work - it was suggested on an earlier ticket when I started the process. Would that have anything to do with it? And if so, how could I fix it?

    Hi,

I've clone your form to investigate the issue and I was able to find the issue. Under Check Payment Method (HTML field), can you please replace your current code from:

Check Payment Method

<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformpro.com/form/32624142345952" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:3958px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

<script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    To:

Check Payment Method

<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotformpro.com/form/32624142345952" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:3958px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

To see how it works, please take a look at this clone form first using Firefox browser.

    Thank you!
