    the forwarding of my filled jotform to my email account does not work since sept 24 and I just noticed it. i tried erasing and changing the recipient email several time it wont work. I even deleted and created a new notification, same conclusion! its very urgent for me that you address my issue please, my team has stopped working since they were not receiving anymore the clients filled forms, before we discover now..

    Hi there,

    I have now removed your email in the bounce list. It should be working now.

    Your email ended in the bounce list due to the following reason.

    info@canada-immigrer.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.0 <00000141740b6b49-7261399d-9de3-4123-b974-91aa07d97082-000000@amazonses.com> sender rejected. IB504 - 199.255.193.234'
