My submissions are empty!

I've been using this form for a number of submissions. Three people submitted it this afternoon using the same link I've just successfully tested, and in spite of the fact I can see who they are in Slack...their submissions have no information in them.

We apologize for inconvenience. We had similar reports from some users earlier in the day about form submission data not being available in EU location. However our backend team had reverted and fixed the issue already.

Kindly check on your form submissions again. Let us know if issue still persist.
