Merging or connecting two forms

I think I asked the question poorly. Let's say you have two forms that are complete and are used to gather information about one subject. It would be better if the two forms would have been made as one.

Is there a way to simply combine them. The second form is mainly written paragraphs with a signature at the end, so there is no question to drag over.

Yes, you can merge two existing forms. To do that, please use the Field Manager app. Here's the link: https://apps.jotform.com/app/field_manager.

You also can merge the submissions of the form by using the combine_submissions.

In the Field Manager app, simply select the two forms that you want to merge, and select all the fields from one form and transfer to the other.
