Some submissions disappeared from my inbox

    Hi,

    I had problems trying to access my forms this afternoon and I noticed that some submissions disappeared from my inbox. Could you help me with that?

    Another question is regarding my account. At the moment we are using unlimited access during covid. Do you know when this access will end?

    We apologize for inconvenience. We had some similar reports from users located in the EU region having the issue of form submission data not being available.

    However, our backend team had reverted and fixed the issue after it was reported. It should be working by now.

    Kindly check on your form again. Do let us know if issue persist.
