Collaboration: adding a picture in product throw a "Server Error" message.

    When I want to add products and add an image, I can do it when I log in.

    But if I send a collaboration link so someone else can do it. It's impossible. Each time you upload the picture it indicate server error.

    How can I add pictures with a collaboration link?

    It works for me. I was able to change the product image using the link you've provided. I'm using Chrome incognito mode to make sure that I'm not logged in to any session and was able to save the image.

    Can you please try using Chrome Incognito and see if you are able to add an image?

    Ok, I just tried it again and it throws a server error. Let me further investigate on this and report this to our L2 team. I'll let you know here once I have an update.

    where you able to add a new picture? not changing a picture?

    I've tried with incognito in chrome. It doesn't work. I've also tried with safari and on ipad and mobile.
