Can I embed a budget into my form?

I do need to ask some clarifying questions: are you wanting to re-create the budget form within the form itself? You can use our Spreadsheet to Form widget if the budget above is a spreadsheet.

Or, is the budget form you had posted above a PDF? You could use our Smart PDF forms to import your budget PDF document as a form itself.
