Offline forms: lists of submissions & data loss

    Hi there,

am on a field trip and I have two problems:

    1. We are planning the record a number of sites with a unique site ID each. When the list of the submissions is shown, it only shows the field "recorder", which is usually not unique to each to form entry.

How can I adjust what's shown here?

    2. When people navigate away from the App (to take a photo, for example), they seem to lose what they have most recently added to the form. Is there a way to auto-save for offline forms every few seconds. The data loss is very dangerous and asking people to save every time they swap apps seems not practical. This is a big problem.

    Thank you for your help!

You'll have to adjust this from your inbox settings in your account when you are logged into your account using a browser. Here is how you can do it.

As soon as you do it and the Mobile app sync is complete the change will take effect on the mobile as well.

For the second issue, I'm creating a new ticket and will respond to it shortly on the link below.
