How can i fix this?Asked by donp07 on October 04, 2013 at 08:22 AM
i need a form and integrated it to my facebook page http://facebook.com/talent4christshow
u get to view the form when u hit the 'register for auditions' tab
the problem is when filling the form, hitting login does NOT 'SUBMIT THE FORM'.
during my troubleshoot, i found that unless u refresh the page before the form is submitted.
how can i fix this?
problem Facebook Page refresh integrated
could you check the iframe part of the code added to the STATIC html,
This is the one at your page now:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="http://secure.myjotform.com/form/32754899186574" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:465px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
Change it for this one:
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.myjotform.com/form/32754899186574" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:465px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
Hope it helps,
please let us know if you need further assistance
Thanks for your reply.
"https://" is certainly not the issue. I just changed it recently so as to maximise the 100 normal submissions capacity.
It still very much the same issue. pls help
it seems that the problem is related with facebook login button, as your form is already embeded in facebook, the fblogin will not work, you should use a standar submit button
You will need also to make the changes to the URL, it is a requirement as this guide mention https://www.jotform.com/help/22-Adding-Form-to-Facebook your submit button wont work if you don't make the change to "https://".
