We receive this message when trying to complete our form.

We don't actually require payment to complete our form so not sure why it does not let us go any further. Can you please advise what setting is incorrect?

I setup 3 other forms (each identical except for the products offered) and they all work fine.

You're seeing this error because on your form, you've set up PayPal to be used for processing payments but have not specified the PayPal account that is to be used (as shown in the screenshot below).

If you don't want to collect payments but only want orders, then you can use purchase orders instead. Following is how you can switch your payment processor to Purchase Orders.
