Sender is "Jotform" and Email subject line is "Submission received for {form name}" when the user opts to send the completed PDF from the Thank You page. Can this be changed?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm afraid that there is no option to change the Email Subject and the Sender Name of the email being sent when someone requests to send the PDF copy of the submission to their email address via the Send PDF as Email button on the Thank-You page of Smart PDF Forms.
However, I have forwarded your request to our developers as a feature request. Although we cannot guarantee that it will be implemented anytime soon, please be assured that once it gets implemented we will notify you on this ticket.

Hello, demress!
As Support above told you that there is no option to change the Email Subject and the Sender Name if you are using it via Send PDF as Email button.
Maybe I can suggest you a workaround. It is possible to customize Email Subject and Sender Name when someone just finished your form and received the Email notification about it.
How to set custom Sender Name guide
How to set custom Email Subject guide
And then you can simply attach your PDF Form to this notification where Email Subject and Sender Name are already had been changed in a few steps:
Step 1: Go to SETTINGS.
Step 2: Click on EMAILS --> Edit button.
Step 3: Go to ADVANCED --> PDF Attachment [YES].
See the full guide: How To Include PDF Attachment
Hope it will work for you.
Have a nice day!

Thank you very much for your quick reply and alternate suggestion.
I already have my form settings configured to include the PDF in the autoresponder. I just think it is much, much more convenient for the person filling out the form to have the option to send it right from the Thank You page and be done without searching through emails. I was really happy to see that feature for the Thank You page. This form is for people who are writing scholarship recommendations for students.
I don't want to remove their ability to download the form directly from the Thank You page, and it is not currently possible to control Download and Send as Email button visibility separately (see image below). As such, I will leave my form as-is so they have multiple options for sharing their completed form with the student. I don't like the way the Thank You page email appears, but I can overlook it for this particular use case.

My colleague has forwarded a feature request to our Developers.
As soon as we hear back from them, we will let you know.
Unfortunately, we are not able to let you know if or when this feature will be available.
Thank you for your understanding.
