Formatting is all wrong in BUILD mode

When I am amending an exsisting template in 'Build', everytime I write content within a field, it always pre-fills it with HTML - Why? I don't know how to use HTML

So when I get rid of the HTML by altering in BUILD mode. All spacing looks ok (example 1) BUT when I look at it in PREVIEW mode, all the spacing looks wrong and the text jumps all over the place. (Example 2).

How do I make the form in BUILD look the same in PREVIEW?

Example 1 (Spacing looks fine in BUILD mode)

Example 2 (Incorrect Spacing) In Preview Mode

    Please help.

    Thanks,

Firstly you do not need to use HTML for the row headers in the input table.

If you have to use, please remove this highlighted section from the row header option:

    RESULT - preview/live mode:

Likewise, make the change on the other table too.
