Some submissions are missing

    Hello,

    Thank you for your prompt response. Just to let you know the error still going on in our submissions. Can I just assume if the submission doesn't have any information, should I delete it or the information will go to appear at the same point?

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. We had a small technical glitch where the submission data was not being displayed but this issue was resolved already.

    Let me escalate this issue to EU team to check your form. We will get back to you on this soon.

    We heard back from our Developers, and the problem should be fixed.

    Please check your submissions again. If some of them are still missing, please try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and try again.

    Let us know if the problem is resolved.
