Lost all forms and submissions

Please advise asap how I can reach a customer rep to find out how to retreive all of my data that is now missing. Thank you.

After checking both email addresses, I do not see any forms created on any of those addresses.

Would it be possible that you used another address?

Would have by any chance a link to one of your previous forms?
