We had this issue a while ago. After there were some problems yesterday with form submissions, that seem to have been fixed overnight, this problem has appeared again for us.
All of our forms require the uploading of some kind of images, but even though it is working fine and we are receiving the form submission with the images, the customer is receiving an error message telling them to go back and do it again as its not worked.
This is resulting in multiple submissions & confused customers
