May I ask why it took a long time / sometimes I cannot receive an email from jotform and what is the solution so that it will not happen again? I tried to clear the cache of the jotform but it still the same

Are you referring to the notification email? If yes, could you please share the form so we can check it further?
I tested your issue on my test form, unfortunately, I was not able to replicate it. If the form is embedded on a website, please share the website link so we can check it too.

I think yes because when I tried to send an email to my sample form it was always delayed when it notifies my email. This is my sample form where I tested sending an email - https://form.jotform.com/202453042873047. and another question, Is the syncing of a mailer app is one of the reasons why I received an email delay?

Hi,
For testing purposes, please change the email recipient to Google Mail if you have it and then do a test submission. It might be your email service provider that is delaying the email. May we know how many minutes delayed the notification email?
