Several of the recipients I sent surveys to could not access the form because their password was not accepted, can I send them a hard copy of the form

    Yes, I am new at this program. I sent this link to our project director for approval before I sent it out to our steering committee to complete. He indicated he needed a password to open it. ( I think he was referring to the password for his google account or facebook, because when I sent it to myself, they required that to get in. The program did not accept my google password either- I had to change it and create a new one, and then I was let in through google. Is there anyway I can send it without a person having to use a google account or facebook account to access the survey? This is the link: https://form.jotform.com/203426733231144

    The form has a password feature enabled. Please try disabling it and see if the issue still persists.
