    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

To clarify: did you create a new API key or did you have your API key already?

I made a clone of your form 203391574259461 and noticed that the API key had the word encoded: first. I would recommend re-pasting the API key you generated into the form field using the instructions from the Google API documentation: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key

When I created an API key, I noticed that it did need to be passed with this particular parameter:

Could you please try to re-paste your API key using the instructions above and let us know if the issue persists?

    Thank you!
