What am I doing wrong with Conditional Logic ?

Asked by bcampbell on October 04, 2013 at 01:32 PM

My goal is to have the form accomplish the following:

IF Pickup From Is Equal To "EWR"
    AND IF
To NJ County Is Equal To "Monmouth"
    XYZ Free Text

IF Pickup From Is Equal To "EWR"
    AND IF
To NJ County Is Equal To "Ocean"
    XYZ Free Text
Can I have the same Free Text field show up for multiple conditions? I have found that if I attempt this, only one works.
    Is there a work around?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    The issue is that:

AND IF To NJ County Is Equal To "Monmouth"
    XYZ Free Text

    Is considered the same as:

AND IF To NJ County Is Not Equal To "Monmouth"
    XYZ Free Text

That is why it is showing up just in one case. Since your 'To NJ County' field is conditional (not available for every option), can you use something like?

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
