How do I link the form to a existing website?

    Hello I cloned a form from someone and I see it on my forms.  But how do I now link the form to a website?

    Thanks for the info. I tried editing a form that I copied from someone else but once I hit edit the form is blank. Also I tried to just create a new form but I can not drag and drop from the left side. There is a ! message next to each line ex. Subject ! Can you help me out with this?
