I am using the jotform to generate quotes. I'm looking for a way to archive quote submissions, that way I don't accidentally double-quote.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Currently, the Tables does not have an archive option for submissions.

How about creating an additional column to the submission table with the order status?
You can for example set the column to a single choice question, and set the values to "Quoted", "Waiting to be quoted", or configure them any way you want.
This way you can manually control each order status, and just click on the pre-defined option every time the order status needs to be updated. You will be able to keep track of all orders at a glance, and you can also sort your orders by this field.

If this would not seem like a suitable solution for you, another option could be to import all your submissions for example to Airtable, and manage the quotes there. You can easily integrate all new submissions to be synced to Airtable with our Airtable Integration.

Hopefully this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions, and we are happy to help you!

    Best Regards,
