I've integrated moneris for taking payments - but I can't get billing info to appear when toggled

I have successfully added my moneris ID, etc., to my jotform. In the settings for the moneris widget, I see I can toggle "Ask billing information to customer" - however this doesn't seem to make any changes to the form, either in edit mode or when I preview the form to test it. I have even added credit card info in to see if it prompts a 'billing information' section, but it doesn't.
I'm not sure what I am missing - I want customers to input their billing information for added security, just as most online payments require. Am I misunderstanding what this gateway setting means?

    Any advice is greatly appreciated

Hi, thank you for contacting Jotform support.

Are you perhaps referring to the form https://www.jotform.com/202726188769065?

I can see that the form has no integration with Moneris. Please make sure to click on the continue button after you set up the Moneris integration to save the changes.

Hi, thanks for the quick response, it's very much appreciated. That's a different form that doesn't use a pay integration

Here's the form I'm having trouble with: https://form.jotform.com/202487175364056

Hello! The setting "Ask billing information to customer" maps the integration fields to the existing form fields. So following is how the data is being collected for these integration fields (based on your screenshot).

    1. "Customer Email Field" is mapped to the "Email" field of your form.
    2. "Billing Address Field" is mapped to the "Address" field of your form.
    3. "Shipping Name Field" is mapped to the "Name" field of your form.
    4. "Shipping Address Field" is mapped to the "Address" field of your form.

I hope this makes it clear. If you have any further questions, let us know.

    Thank you!

Hi! That's helpful - but what if a customer has a different billing address for their credit card than their home address?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

You would simply have to add another address field and name one Billing address and the other one Shipping address.

You would Then just have to adjust the setting in the payment integration to make it reflect that.
