Hi, I upgraded to a paid plan so my clients could pay for their programme's through jotforms. So far I've not been able to get it to work. I've not had any difficulty connecting the form to my business account, however, clients can not input their payment details onto the form and I have already lost business through it. I have an IT specialist look at it and they have not been able to get it to work either.
Can you fix this? If not please cancel my plan as it's no good to me.
