It is possible to send the form data to an external database by enabling Send POST data option in the form settings and some custom scripts in any programming that can bridge the form to the database. Please see the guide below to connect to MySQL database using PHP that might help you achieving your requirement.

If you are referring to something different, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

I am not referring to this. My form is not connecting. When my clients click the 'Submit' button they get a message that say 'Please Wait' and nothing happens. The form never submits and I never receive a notice that someone has submitted the form. This is a problem on all of the forms i have created. They are not submitting and I don't know how to fix the problem.

I did check your last edited form " RV STORAGE PARKING LOT" and did not find any issue with that. Though I was not able to send a test submission as it requires live credit card, but it should work as expected.

Have you embedded your form in any webpage where you are having this issue with? If your form is embedded in your webpage, I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iframe embed code and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you how to grab form's iframe embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-getting-the-form-iframe-code

Please share the webpage URL, and we will take a look.

We will wait for your response.
