Forms have now been disabled.

    I had created and connected links into my website to the forms

    Now is says my forms were disabled. Where did my forms go.

    Also, I can't seem to log in. I am going in a loop.

    ... I tried to reset my password, but that function is not working

    Your account is suspended because the form 203415676716055 in your account was flagged as a copyright logo scam.

    We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

    In order to reactivate your account, kindly provide us the following information:

    1. The URL where your forms are used.

    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    3. Share with us a document that will prove that you're authorized to use the said logos.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #2757329 as your subject. We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.

    Or, we can just remove the logos and lift the suspension of your account.
