The donation will go through if the "NOTES" box is left empty. Not good, it may discouage donors when their gift is not received because they designated it.

I see you are referring to this form, https://form.jotform.com/81424740693156.

As per checking, the Notes field is an Email field, hence users can only add a proper email address format.

Kindly replace it instead with the Short Text field to be able to accept any text.

Hey Vanessa, I found that it was one of my associates that configured the Stripe button on the website. I've tried the username and the password he provided, and I've been the log in fails. Where do I go from here? Should I trash this button and configure a new one?

    Hi again Vanessa,

I've found that the Stripe button was installed by an associate of mine. He provided me with the username and password, but login rejects it as invalid.

Where do I go from here? Should I trash the current button and build a fresh one?

Hi again Tim - I noticed that the email associated with the account was changed to ric*****osein@cefwyoming.com. As mentioned in the other ticket, you should have access to the inbox of the said email then request for a password reset link using this guide on how-to-reset-jotform-account-password.
