I cannot print my filled in template for my Patients Progress Note

    I assume you are referring to your PDF Document, however, since your account is HIPAA Compliant, unfortunately, I am unable to check your PDF Editor.

    If you are referring to something else, please explain your concern in detail. Please also share a screenshot of what you are trying to print as well as the error message if you were prompted with one.

    No, I click Preview Form green to filling out the form with my information. At the end of which I click submit and then I try to print it but it only prints 1 page.

    Or from the All Forms window, I click on Client Progress Notes submissions, and it gives me all of my submissions. Then I click on view for a specific date of service and it gives me a form with Phi logos all along the right side margin which I'd like to get rid of but can't. If I click on the print logo from here, it shows and prints out the Phi logo as well. If I chose Edit Entry (under More tab), I can edit my Client Progress Note but after I click print, it only prints 1 page.

    On the other hand, if I click on download pdf from the down arrow at the top of the page, it does not contain the patient's name.

    Can someone help me, please. Thanks

    To clarify, are you trying to print the PDF submissions from the Tables page? As shown on the screenshot below:


    I have cloned your form to our HIPAA test account; however, I can't seem to replicate the issue on my end. All the fields and data are shown on Print Preview:


    Can you try to create a new PDF document for your form and print it from the PDF Editor?
