Form Builder: Unable to name pages

I am having trouble with a multi-page form. I am not able to name the pages so when I try to set conditions it's not working. I want to hide a page (PK/K) if the grade level selected is NOT PK or K and hide the second page (all other grades) if PK / K is the selected grade. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but it has something to do with how I am creating pages. I don't always have the "submit" button either. Any help would be appreciated!

    Greetings,

Could you please name all your pages first? So we can see the page you want to hide. Currently, all pages don't have their names. You can also explain your workflow in detail so we can create the conditions for you in a clone of your for as per your requirement.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks

I think I was able to do that and get the conditions working but my problem now is that I want the user to submit the form when they finish. The submit button is on it's own page. Is that how it's supposed to be? The logic should be:

Initial Page --> PK/K page ONLY if PK or K is selected --> Existing Student page if any other grade is selected.

Hi Administrator_WPS, we are glad the previous issues seem to be solved.

You may remove the Back on the last page so that the Submit button will be displayed on the latest page.

Please give it a try and let us know if it works for you.

I've tried that and for some strange reason it then merges the second page (Existing Students) with the first page (Initial). See screencast here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bp1MeUVDZ7tZANdYkFme-LDzdIHKMN0j/view

In addition, for some reason I can't add subheadings to questions that have hover text. The hover text came in because I imported the questions from Google Forms but I'd like to change from hover text to subheadings. Is this possible?

Hi Administrator_WPS, thank you for getting back to us and provide a screen capture.

I was able to reproduce the issue and was able to solve it by deleting and break the section into pages again. Please kindly refer to the following demo: 203446305288961.

If this is acceptable for you, you may try to clone it by following this guide: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL.

In addition, for some reason I can't add subheadings to questions that have hover text. The hover text came in because I imported the questions from Google Forms but I'd like to change from hover text to subheadings. Is this possible?

Could you tell us which hovering text? If possible, please provide us with screenshots as well so we can look into it.

    We await your reply.

I'm not sure if all of these issue are related to having created the form by importing a Google Form, but it's been nothing but trouble! I do really appreciate the help in fixing it.

    Problems I am still having:

1 - I am unable to name page 3. Similar to the problem I reported earlier today on the original form. The last page shows the submit button and then the back button underneath. I try to name the page by clicking the settings on the back button box but whatever I name it changes the name of the first page. See video clip with explanation: https://drive.google.com/file/d/16DYpdE9gjB1-nimUNB8AywQbdzqqTz1k/view

2 - Is subheading only available for certain question types? All of the imported questions will not allow me to add a subheading an moved the "description" from my Google Forms questions to Hover Text. It's not a big deal but I just couldn't figure out why I can't add subheadings to any of the questions I imported if they had a "description" as a Google Form question.

To avoid confusion, it's best to always keep one ticket for one concern only. As such, for different concerns, you can contact us thru our Support System.

    1) I believe you only want to show either Page 1 + Page 2 or Page 1 + Page 3 and be able to submit right within Page 2 and Page 3, if this is correct, kindly add a Submit button for both pages and hide the Next button from Page 2.

    2) Only some fields have a Sub Label, Description, and/or Hover Text option. If you are referring to the Multiple Choice or Single Choice fields, unfortunately, only Hover Text is available.

If you want to add a lengthy message, I suggest you add a Paragraph field to contain the message.
