Missing Form Submissions

Hi. I noticed I'm only able to retrieve my form submissions up till 12/08/2019, and I'm not able to retrieve anything else before that.

Has my data been deleted? Am I able to retrieve my past data?

Looks like your account was downgraded to the Free plan. Due to which the excessive submissions were removed from your account. However, as you are currently subscribed to the Bronze plan, I've restored your submissions to your account.
