checklist function on the form

Hi There,

I was wondering if there is a checklist function on the form that can be filled out over a period of time?

so we need to track different stages of a process that can take a few weeks to complete and looking to have it as a form that can go back to and add on.

You can add a progress bar widget in your form to show progression.

You can also enable the continue form later feature so that your form respondents can save the progression and return back to fill the form.
