How do I delete a form?

You may select the form then choose the option Delete on the toolbar. Please refer to the following screen capture. 



However, I have checked your account and it looks like you don't have forms of your own, but shared with you. Please be noted that sub-user can't delete shared forms. The form needs to be deleted by the master user who shared the forms with you.
