HIPAA: Unable to login over 1 months later

    You made it so I can't reply there, but your shit's *still broken* & I'm still being charged. I'm still having clients use the form, as by law we have to have them fill one out - but we cannot access *anything* on our end.

    Our acct was locked around 10/24/20. I fought w/ your system & this janky support forum until 11/12/20. It "was escalated" on that date. We're *very close* to a month from that escalation now.

    It seriously can't be that hard for you to unlock this.

    DO. NOT. SAY: "try to reset your password at this link" or any other bullshit like that. I've fucking tried over and over and over and over and over and over.

    Just fucking fix it.

    That screenshot is what I get when I use a new password *immediately* after resetting, clearing cache, using a different network, and making sure it's on https://hipaa.jotform.com
