Inbox: Unable to access inbox

    I need to access the inbox of one of my forms and each time I try to enter the page turns green like this:

    I've tried accessing with firefox and chrome and I experience the same error with both of them.

    Is there any way to access the inbox PDFs if this error cannot be fixed?

    I checked the inbox page and it is working on my main account and test account.

    I cleared your form cache on our server. Could you please check if the issue still persists? Also, if you have any other internet connection, please try it for testing purposes only and see if the issue still persists.

    Hi!! Thamks for the quick response. I still cannot access with my laptop, I tried with my phone and I could access it.


    I have another question: Could it be possible to allow other jotform user to access the inbox submission PDFs?

    I have tested your form, and I was able to replicate the problem.
