Hi there- I am using a form to collect reservations and need help getting a total of the number of reservations not just the number of submissions. (i.e 1 person/submission can request 10 reservations) how do i do that?

To clarify, do you want to total the number of reservations booked already?
Or do you have a limit on the number of reservations the users can submit?
If you want to total all the reservation fields in your submission, you can download the data as excel and manually create a formula to calculate the total entries.

Hi, AngelaBuck!
Richie_P is right. If you want to count total number of reservations you need to export data to Excel and create a formula.
First step:
Export your data to Excel or Google sheets. Guide was already provided by Richie_P above. Or use Zapier (You can read more about this variant in JotForm's blog).
Second step:
Select your "Reservations" column and find AutoSum button in Excel.
Finally you should have a SUMM formula. It will count all reservations from all submissions.
Hope it helps.
Have a nice day!

In addition to my colleagues, it's also possible to get the total within your Tables (submissions page).
Here's how:
- While in the Tables, click the Number of tickets column
- Click Add Summary then select Sum
